Many thanks for sending over the report so quickly this week. It has provided me with a great deal of information and excellent resources to consider. It really has opened a whole new world I knew so little about, holding answers I've been looking for. I've started to feel a shift in my mindset already, recognising that I do work hard but it's ok to admit that I struggle and need some help.
